It has no support. ☆Cleaners could have done a better job with the details. Examples: Refill soap dispensers with soap not water, provide at least one or two full replacement...

"My family had a wonderful stay at the chalet. Even the hot tub was heated and ready to go. They provide all the creature comforts of home and we found the grocery and skiing in Sugar Mountain very accessible. (Side note: rent ski gear from Highland House and avoid lines at the resort.) "We loved the little red chalet! The inside was very clean. The decor is modern and cozy. It is the perfect size for couples or a family of four. Located about 10 mins from Sugar Mountain skiing and grocery stores."

"The house is beautiful, as is the surrounding landscape. The views from the hot tub of the mountains were amazing! We had a great time playing games by the fireplace and watching movies in the theater downstairs. Our group had a great time and would love to return, especially with how accommodating the management was when we had to go back after check out to retrieve something we left behind. 10/10 would recommend this stay!"

"Nice location in proximity of West Jefferson and Lansing. The Lansing Creeper Trail Park was nice (go to the other side of the creek for a more rustic walk) and Mount Jefferson State Park Luther Rock spur had some fantastic views.
