“Absolutely wonderful stay! Room was excellent! Pools were very nice. Great to have a family and adult pools. The food at both restaurants was very good and reasonably priced. Reservation staff and restaurant staff where excellent! There are two staff that went above and beyond. I want to recognize them as a testment to how well management really cares about having the best staff First, Stacy a server at the Waterfront restaurant gave the most excellent service I ever had. “We live nearby and had a power outage after a storm. We’ve never been before so we booked a night. Our family of four had a blast. Had a great dinner and breakfast on the property. My son caught his first pike off the dock and my daughter had a blast swimming in one of their outdoor pools. The property and room were spotless. We will be back!”

“The Lodge was under construction when we stayed there so it was a little dusty - mainly outdoors. My room was just off the lobby. The noise from the lobby overflowed to my room until they closed the fire doors. I would recommend they close them earlier ~ 9 pm.”

“The amenities and size of the rooms were wonderful. The photos of the rooms were misleading. The water park is an additional fee, but it’s the main photo for the whole hotel? Bait and switch. The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site.”
