“Our family of 4 and our best friends, also a family of 4 stayed in this wonderful property over the 4th of July holiday. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kiddos all hung out and slept in the loft area which was huge and has a TV! The kitchen was nicely equipped, the dock was nice and covered. We swam and fished off of it. The only recommendation I would make would be sure to also rent the golf cart. So helpful when carrying things down and back to the boat. Lastly, the host was……

“I definitely give this property 5 gold stars in all categories. It was EXACTLY as advertised with the owner taking care to provide little 'extras' on top of that in the form of snacks, coffee, etc... The electric awning is not even mentioned, but it makes a nice outside sitting area with the provided picnic table. The tiny camper is perfect for a night or a few for 1-2 people. Very clean, great communication and all the things you would want.”

“Awesome week at the lake! We enjoyed our 3-generations trip to beautiful Tim's Ford. The house is has an amazing water location. The house has all the amenities and supplies you need for a week of fun, just bring your suits. Andy was a master host - checking in and ensuring we had everything we needed, super helpful. Clean room and the fact that they supply you with everything you need to get started goes above and beyond they give you dishes they give you even three rolls of toilet paper. They are very customer oriented and very happy to do whatever they can do to make your stay the best they possibly can. They are very friendly and this is a property that I would probably like to enjoy at least……
