I do not advise you to go into the pool, as I and many people had red spots, because the pool opened at 8:00, and the chlorine service added 7:45. Many hotels do this at night. There are billiard tables and tennis courts, but the air conditioners don't work there. In a word, they save money in everything.

An incredibly dreamy stay, with some of the best hospitality, service, and just pure thoughtfulness that I've experienced. We were a family of 3 (with a young toddler) and Rosewood was a great choice/home base for us as we explored the riviera maya region. I'm itching to go back already.

Great place and really beautiful, one of the nicest resorts I have stayed at. Great for families and lots of things to do and see. Because the beach is a small gulf the sea water was great and cristal clear to go in and enjoy. This is a beautiful place!!

Our overall stay was OK. The pool area is really nice and the buffet was ok. We were under the impression that there were several restaurants open each night but in reality it's the buffet and 1 restaurant. You have to wait in line at 930 am to make a reservation at the restaurant and they have very limited seating. We were only able to get a reservation 1 day. The ocean water was really mossy and each morning our bathroom smelled of sewage to the point where I wanted to vomit.
Staff was friendly, entertainment was good, but there are definitely some areas where there could be improvement.

I had stayed at this resort 4 times since 2018. This last visit I have witnessed the decline at this resort. They no longer take reservations for dinner. I had to wait almost two hours one night because of how long TJ wait time was at the restaurants. Additionally, there are long wait times for breakfast at Flavors to be seated. We had to request basic things like shower gel repeatedly. Also, the $9 room service fee that used to be free, then increased to $4, and now is $9 is ridiculous
