We felt like royalty here! We easily became friends with so many staff and it was clear they loved their job, which made our stay even more enjoyable! We stayed 9 nights which was the perfect amount of time to adjust and relax. Great opportunities for excursions tooIt was so fun to have the variety of restaurants and food, night entertainment, choices for quieter or more engaged activities, and ocean access! We thought we would have had enough after 9 days but we can't wait to go back maybe for our first anniversary! What a treat!

This was the best resort I've been to in my life. Total perfection. Definitely get the swim up room. Try to take the Ferry over to Isla Mujeres as well. We'll worth the day trip.

Our overall stay was OK. The pool area is really nice and the buffet was ok. We were under the impression that there were several restaurants open each night but in reality it's the buffet and 1 restaurant. You have to wait in line at 930 am to make a reservation at the restaurant and they have very limited seating. We were only able to get a reservation 1 day. The ocean water was really mossy and each morning our bathroom smelled of sewage to the point where I wanted to vomit.
Staff was friendly, entertainment was good, but there are definitely some areas where there could be improvement.
