"New hotel. Spacious room. Comfy beds. Food and drinks left much to be desired. Very disappointed in the restaurants. Truth be told we only enjoyed the buffet meals, especially breakfast."

"Nice place to stay. Food was good but no reservations unless you bought a bottle of wine. Was frustrated because when one restaurant was full they all were. And room service usually takes a hour after you find all that out. Really cool shows in the pool. Our ac in our room couldn’t keep up most nights it wouldn’t cool down till 10 or 11 but that’s usually when the loud music would stop. Definitely recommend booking excursions through the hotel. Had lots of fun on all of them we booked."

"The resort is great, so many things to do specially if you have kids. The playroom & arcade are included so no extra charge like other resorts. Food in the primary buffet restaurant Buganbilias is okay but not much option if you're vegetarian or prefer halal meat. but other restaurant are really good which are available for dinners only with reservation. the resort not newly build but well maintained. the room could be improved a bit. with family of 4 the 2 double bed room in bit congested for us."
