“Great location very walkable to lots of areas. Great food close by parking is always an issue but just budget for it. I would suggest adding USB ports to lamps or plugs but loved having coffee maker and microwave and mini fridge in our room. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Overlook on King. The property itself is in a great location in walking distance to the city, you can tell how new the property is in all the rooms were very, very clean were your basic toiletries in every bathroom. We really liked the layout of all the bedrooms on one floor and the living/kitchen area above. And there’s not really any neighbors to worry about.Property management was great. “This was a great home-base for a mother-daughter trip to Charleston. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the essentials you need. I would recommend a rolling suitcase as there’s a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the apartment. The neighborhood is great. It was easy for us to catch an UBER to go downtown. Great weekend!”

“We stayed in Charleston for my daughter’s 16th birthday. The house is in a great location and walkable to many different things. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Unfortunately the ceiling fans in the 2 secondary bedrooms did not work, so it got hot during the night. The house backs up to the interstate, so the traffic is quite loud if that bothers you. We didn’t have much trouble tuning out that noise. This unit is the lower level of a two story……
