“The Alcester Inn was a fantastic place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Food in the restaurant was excellent, with generous portions and quick service, while breakfast offered plenty of choice. Free parking and a convenient location made everything easy. Great value for money, and I'd happily stay here again. Highly recommended!”

Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. “The Ettington Park hotel is an extraordinary English Family Castle with a great & long history. Our stay in this hotel was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Despite belated arrival at night, we were all welcomed by their staff with thoughfully arranged dinner & wine & porter services of many bulk luggage.
