Ideal overnight stop for Terminal 5
"Perfect location and ease of getting to airport via the pods"

"I chose this property for it's proximity to Heathrow Airport and that is great. Dining options are limited and it can only be accessed via the bus. It would be great if there was a free shuttle bus option offered to customers."

"First time I booked to fly out the next day from Heathrow airport. Very pleasant stay - next time I'll book earlier in the day so that I can can enjoy the facilities but it makes the flight the next day so convenient and I think it's all for a decent price! "

"This is a beautiful hotel with long confusing hallways. But..once you get to your room it’s well worth it. My room was very clean and the bathroom had everything I needed in it to unwind. The bedding was the best part sheets as soft as skin and pillows as fluffy as a cloud, heaven after a 8 hr flight. Nice lounge and restaurant, although I did not go to either, they looked and smelled really good.
Definitely would stay here again "

"My wife and I stayed one night on a long layover and it was very convenient and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. It was a ten minute Uber ride to Hayes an Harrington subway station that leads you to the rest of London which was very convenient for us to go sightseeing."
