This cozy 1 bedroom condominium has the best balcony view. You will enjoy the south-island location close to many shops and restaurants. You can easily walk to Neptune Park, the pier, shops, and excellent restaurants. There is usually a place playing live music on weekends! The master has a King size bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The unit comes with furnishings and reliable wifi. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated), laundry facilities (coin operated), ping pong, fitness center, playground, private socked lake, and includes USAGE OF 2 BIKES (Beach Cruisers.) for an additional fee.

1.condo was spotless 2. Air conditioning was perfect! 3. King size bed nice & firm 4. Second floor.. very quiet! 5. Parking easy… we parked only feet away from entrance. 6. Kitchen was stocked well. 7. Bathroom was fine, would have loved a handrail by shower. ( for seniors) 8. Condo needs outlets for charging your phones & I pads. Not enough outlets. 9. Lovely porch facing the pool. In the mornings half is in shade. Enjoyed the mornings& evenings. 10. The condo is right in front of complex. Very easy for walking down to St Simon Village. So many great restaurants! The Little Birds great for breakfast!!! The Porch has fantastic chicken tenders, coleslaw, fries!!! 11. The condo is very bright & cheerful!!!! We will be back again.❤️

The place was perfect for us two. Great location, all the interior necessities and a great pool view. I use many travel platforms but this one stands out. I created a problem with my stay and notified the owner of my mistake. He treated me like I was family and his kindness improved my vacation. Most vacation rentals have necessities but the owner set this unit above any comparables. This pool view unit will be my FIRST choice when I return.

This is the second time at this property and we were not disappointed. The condo is clean and comfortable with nice view of the pool. Close to the shops and restaurants, walkable if you enjoy a semi-long walk. The heated pool is a real plus for spring or fall stays. This will always be our go to place on the island.

Everything was just as shown in the listing. I found it to be very clean and although it is apparent it is an older condo and could use a few updates it was definitely clean and sufficient for a nice stay. The pool view was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the surroundings. I rented the bikes and found them to be in good working order and easy to access. Thanks for a nice stay!

Unit well kept. Bike were a plus with many trails in the area. Echo at King and Prince no great, but Barbara Jeans downtown was great. St Simmons great for families. Need glass measure cup, new microwave in unit, some sprocket and chain oil on bikes.

We definitely enjoyed our visit! The balcony was so relaxing and so was the pool! The down stairs neighbor was very rude upon my arrival due to me having 3 kids ranging in ages from 2 to 9 that had been in a car for over 2.5 hours then on the beach all day. I was a 1 man band with 3 kids by myself. So getting cussed and yelled at by the downstairs neighbor didn’t set well with me nor him approaching later in the evening asking me why I threw macaroni and cheese off of the balcony into his flower bed was a bit frustrating. Mind you I did not cook while I was there nor did I even have macaroni anywhere in the condo. I did have a problem with the door lock beeping but the owner was quick to respond and came out within 15 minutes to fix it! I was very impressed! Overall we enjoyed our stay just beware of the down stairs neighbor as he is not a fan of children or women that stand their ground.

Our stay was excellent. Great area. Great communication. We only stayed 4 nights and that was enough for us before we were ready to move on. The food restaurants were decent. It is more of a family community and retirement people. Everything closes around 9 pm, We would return for another short stay if the opportunity arises but doubt I would want to stay for a whole week before exploring elsewhere. I was not impressed with Brunswick.

Would definitely stay here again. Very nice clean condo with easy access and beautiful and relaxing view of pool. Pool itself was heated and wonderfully soothing to relax in. Location was convenient to pier, restaurants, beach and lighthouse. Never got to use bikes but that was an added plus as well as tennis courts. Felt very safe as solo traveler. Dave was quick to quide me on use of shower. Don't be afraid to use a little strength to pull knob out like I was. It won't break! Only thing I needed was a beach chair! Loved this place!

We were traveling thru to see family this was a great place to stay with our family. We had so much fun with the park and pool on property. It was nice to be close to the pier and the village we drove since we had our small child with us but you could easily take the bikes that they had. We would stay again if in the area.

My wife and I spent 8 nights and 7 days at Pool View. Initially we were only supposed to stay four days but our travel plans changed. The host, Dave, is an excellent communicator and looked after our needs. If anything was needed we just had to ask. The condo is perfect for two and is located nicely to enjoy the amenities on the island. We took full advantage of the bicycles and at low tide rode them on the hard packed sand to Goulds Inlet and back. We also biked to various shops and restaurants on the island Must do based on our experience: Driftwood Beach on Jekyll Island Golfing on Jekyll Island Riding bikes on the beach Walking down to Pier Village in the evening (inexplicably, most vendors are closed in the evening… so buy any souvenirs during the day) We like to cook for ourselves, we often do everywhere we go though Southern Soul BBQ (the Philly Soul) and Tara Tai (Pad Tai)were two restaurants we dined at and really enjoyed. For a gluten free option, though pricy, Sea Salt Healthy Foods is trendy and delicious . Portions were well worth it. We purchased fresh fish at St. Simons Seafood and City Market in Brunswick. If you are cooking for yourself, bring or purchase desired spices, there weren’t many options in the Unit. Our week was a school break so lots of kids in the pool. So it was crowded but I would never begrudge kids of laughter and fun in the pool. When we needed to get in we did. We won’t hold the high winds against the host. The morning sunrise with a coffee and our books on the balcony will be missed most. We hope to return to the island and this unit someday soon The Whaleys
