"This property was just what our family needed. My 13yo and 8yo shared the room with two beds, they both said their beds were very comfy. The extra room we saved for Grandpa to stay with us, he resides locally. He chose to stay only one night as he missed his own bed. The master bed was spacious, bed was creaky when you move. "Overall impression; this was a nice house. It had all the amenities as described. The bikes and beach equipment were a nice plus. The outdoor seating area was comfy. However, I don't think the house had been vacuumed prior to our arrival as there was a lot of hair on the floor in the master bedroom and bath. There also was some food on the rug in the living room. Finally, the location was not as close to the beach as you were led to believe in the description of the property."

"Beautiful cottage - absolutely perfectly appointed and the best location possible! I went on a vacation with my daughters and we had the best time. Kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were super comfortable, the chairs and beach cart were wonderful to have! We grilled some and were able to walk everywhere!! Would love to stay again!! One of the best rentals we’ve ever had!!"

"This was a great place to stay for the beach. A bit of a walk, but honestly not that bad. The house is old and does get a bit humid, and the doors don’t close well, so hope you’re traveling with close company! We loved the couch, which was super comfy! We played card games on the round dining table; we had a wonderful time!"

"We enjoyed the house. The porch is nice in the mornings to watch the sun come up. The cookware needs to be updated. Our food kept sticking to the pans even with grease and butter. This caused us to eat out more than we planned. We let Bullard Realty know about the pans, and they said they appreciated me telling them. Other than that it was a nice stay. If you go eat, shop, or go to the boardwalk on Carolina Beach, be prepared to pay for parking just about everywhere you go. $25 a day to go to...

"My family and I loved our time at this property! We loved how the outdoor area was private with the use of plants which was unique from the other properties in the area! The kids loved the outdoor area and play shed. The home was close to the beach and provided all the amenities you would need for your stay there. We would absolutely stay there again if we go back to Carolina beach. We miss it already! "

"The property is beautiful, well laid out with lots of room. Tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could want. (We loved having the wagon with all the beach stuff), and having a washer and dryer was a plus! It was an easy walk to the beach, and people in the community were very friendly.
