“This property is a “Diamond in the rough”. The location is perfect. A half block from the main Beach (the moneys show up around 4-5 pm) and tons of shops, restaurants, bars and all things fun rentals. The staff were superb as was the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are a little dated but very clean. There seems to be something entertaining going on every day or evening in the bar/restaurant area and the pool area was a perfect oasis. We have travel many times to the all inclusive beach……

“We arrived late after a long travel and wanted something close to the airport. We had limited options last minute. The walls in the condo needed a good scrub down. The beds were comfortable and clean. They provided way more than enough towels which was nice. However I felt like the place needed upgrades and wasn’t worth the big price. The main pool area and restaurant seemed sufficient and clean. The Condos were a bit farther off the main road and felt secluded. I would have appreciated……

“The location is the best thing. Two blocks or less too, The beach, the bank, the casino, the supermarket, restaurants/bars, rentals and shops. The pool is large. The rooms have a small kitchen with a bigger common one to use. Each room has an outdoor eating area and hammok. It at times felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Some things in the room are slightly outdated but the staff, location and the Mimi the kitty made up for all of it. Blue collar Neal from Alberta.”

“Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Room was clean. Air conditioned work. This hotel was more than a four star. Standard room is small. We upgraded to the junior suite and enjoyed it immensely. Beach 5 minute walk. restaurants 3 minutes. Grocery stores across the street. ”

“Staff was easy to communicate with, they’ll send you a message on Expedia, then contacted me on what’s app (most of Costa Rica uses this). They sent me a pin to check-in location. Parking is provided in secure lot, right out side of condo. They give you a key that opens the automatic gate. Multiple pools on site. There is a small grocery store a couple blocks away that has all the essentials. Multiple restaurants/bars within walking distance. The beach is down the street and very nice. There’s……

“Great location near restaurants and beach. Good support when I needed help with a car , problem with water from above unit...people showed up to assost. Also security on premise does a great job of making sure things stay safe in the gated complex. ”

“Nos cambiaron una de las habitaciones 3 veces porque algo estaba malo (aire acondicionado, luz, etc). La piscinas no estaban funcionales (otros comentarios indicaban lo mismo). El desayuno estaba bien solo que es en otro lugar. El parqueo está lejos, es pequeño, si otro carro entra no puedes sacarlo ya que solo hay una entrada”

“A beautiful stay in Guayacan. Staff very helpful. Grace was our favourite, she spent time teaching our children Spanish and made us feel very welcome every time. We had an issue with the water but this wouldn't put us off staying here again. A unique experience that we really loved. Food was delicious, go half board if you can. The rooms need an extra air con unit on the bunkbeds side, but if you have the unit on all day and shut the curtains it's fine. Don't be put off by the drive up to the……
