"We arrived and there was food and trash in the room an an insect. We were on the 32nd floor of the tresor tower and it always too 15-30 minutes to get the elevator up or down. We had to repeatedly ask for our sofa bed to be made up and when they finally did come when we were at dinner, they left the bed partially made and the room was a mess with some of our clothes left in the floor. Plus the room smelled horrible - like someone had used the bathroom and then made a hasty exit. We had a nice time at the pool but it wasn’t cheap (nothing there is) and definitely not 4.5 stars. "

" Room was small and lacks amenities even though you are charged a significant additional amount for amenities. Stayed for 4 days and was charged additional $205 for amenities. They can't even provide coffee "

"Excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant. Nice hotel bar with fun bartenders. Beautiful deco hotel in great area convenient to Miami Beach and South Beach amenities. Double room had comfortable beds well maintained fixtures. Pool area is relaxing and offers many shaded spots when not sun bathing or in the pools. Pool bar is fun. Adults only policy was a real plus. We'd come again!"

"This place is an absolute dump outside of location. Elevators broken and had to climb 3 flight of stairs with 5 bags. There was zero hot water in the shower and only respond from maintenance was “building is old and that’s normal”. My whole family has to take cold showers for the entire stay. Phone was broken so could call front desk had to walk up and down to talk to someone. Room cleaning didn’t come to and had to make our own beds, take out our own dirty towels. Management didn’t seem to really care either. Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Shocking how this place is still in business. "

"Very easy to drop your bags at the front desk and get into the room. Staff was great help and friendly Clean room with shower amenities and comfortable bed. Over all very pleasant "
