"I had booked a two night stay on March 7th and March 8th, 2026 and prepaid for the trip. I contacted the hotel previously to let them know that I would be arriving later on the early morning of March 8th, as my flight would arrive late, so check in would be well after midnight. The hotel told me that would be fine. When I got to the hotel that early morning, I was told that my room had been given away, even though I prepaid. The hotel even reported that they knew that I had called previously to say that I would arrive after midnight and that it was their error. I had to wait until 8:30 am on March 8th for housekeeping to clean a room, so that I could sleep. Once I was able to get a room, everything was fine and the hotel was nice. But, I had to sit in the hotel lobby for hours because I didn't have a room to sleep in and was exhausted. "

"Room was clean initially. during our 6 day stay I had to repeatedly request the room to be restocked and cleaned only to have it done once. They just ignored me. "

"We had an excellent stay and truly enjoyed every moment at this hotel. Our room was beautiful, with an incredible view, and everything felt exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bedsheets were especially soft and luxurious, which made our stay even more comfortable. The Hotel had umbrellas readily available which came in handy as it rained all Sunday. The staff was outstanding—particularly the hotel reception team and security, who were always professional, attentive, and quick to answer any questions we had. We did attempt to request a late check-out, which unfortunately wasn’t available, and that was a bit disappointing so maybe inform clients at check in that due to being fully booked, late check out will not be available. Dining was a highlight of our experience. Breakfast at Casa Gianna was excellent, and our experience at Restaurant Yamashiro was beyond exceptional—both the food and service were top-tier and truly memorable. The spa was also wonderful. Although we encountered a few minor issues, management handled everything swiftly and professionally, making us feel seen, valued, and appreciated. A special thank you to the spa front desk staff for their outstanding professionalism and care. My only small suggestion would be to consider upgrading the robes, as the material was a uncomfortable and caused me irritation and itchiness. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel. We look forward to returning soon!"
