“Very bad, old and dirty!!! This hotel is totally ruined my holiday. When I first arrived, I hope I can do a fast check in and order some food at the room because it is late. But the food is really disgusting. Also, the room cleaning service is awful and slow. I called front desk I need a room cleaning service, meanwhile I can get some food at the hotel. “When we arrived we were shown to a room that did not have a bath bathtub out on the terrace as I originally booked. I had changed dates and there was some problem with communications between Expedia and the hotel. The service is always wonderful there and the atmosphere amazing but a second problem is that there are too many people by the pool and there are no chairs. I’ve stayed there many times in the past and this was the first time that we had this problem. I think they have oversold……
