“As others wrote about the appartement: the stench in hall is bad, although its ok once you are inside the appartement. The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad).
The aircondition doesn't work properly. So If you don't run it on full day and night you can't get the temperature down.

“We loved the house and the grounds looking over the lake. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The yard, front and back were really lovely. The backyard overlooked Quasset Lake. We were fortunate to enjoy pleasant weather. The beds were comfortable. The living room and kitchen overlooked the lake with a large deck off the area. There is shade available over the deck if the sun gets too hot. We were there only for the weekend, but had a fabulous time.”
