"Nice hotel; clean; pretty views of the marina but need to walk to Hilton Hawaiian Village for nearest beach access or walk into the center of Waikiki (about 25 minute walk, sometimes quicker by Uber but not in traffic.) Infinity pool was closed while we were there. Hotel pool was fine but sometimes had a shortage of chairs. About a 5 minute walk to Ala Moana Shopping mall which is huge. Coffee shop in the lobby was good and convenient. "

"Embassy is a very short walk to the beach, just go across the street to the side walk next to the museum where it’s not as crowded as Waikīkī beach. The hotel is a bit old, but it was in a great area, has a great breakfast, and the staff were all super friendly. Only parking is valet, and the closest parking lot is even more expensive, but valet was definitely worth it and super fast. "

"i have stayed at the kahala several times over a few decades and i feel like the property is getting tired and needs a refurbishment. It feels dated. I was told my room was newly refurbished and i guess it must have been really bad before because it didn’t feel all that different from previous stays. It doesn’t feel like a five star resort. "

"We stayed at the Grand Islander for 1 week in a 1 bedroom, it was enough space for our family of 4. The kitchen saved us some money on meals, the coffee they provided was good. Pools were great! They provided towels to use at beach and pool. Beach is walkable with fireworks on Friday's. Checking in was tricky, they have a separate check in lobby than the other Hilton properties on site my husband endedup just hanging with the car in the little side road next to the building and I walked to find...

"We stayed for 6 nights in this great hotel on Waikiki Beach. The apartment was spotless, best view possible, spacious, amazing balcony, laundry on each floor. The parking was near the hotel, expensive but those are the prices on waikiki beach. 210$ for 6 days in and out privilegies. The only part I would mention was the staff at the hotel, specially reception: not the friendliest I have ever seen.. they seemed annoyed all the time. "
