“Very secure building. Clean, reasonably stocked. Really close to the Nationals stadium. The only downside, no checking in instructions since there is no front desk. I would stay here again.”

“The apartment is in a "not so great" neighbourhood, but it's not as scary as some of what the other reviews said. You do feel a bit unsafe late at night, but there's a nice Texan/Mexican restaurant just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Food there was nice. If you just get in and out looking for a place to stay, this apartment is perfect. Once you step inside, the place felt secured and safe. There's a staff there near the entrance overnight. “We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was a definite perk since we picked up Maryland crabs at the Municipal Fish Market and brought them back to our room to eat. Luckily we were able to get onsite parking although I did pay a little less than $70/night. The man and lady at the desk when we arrived were so pleasant and accommodating offering assistance with the Latch app, etc. I would definitely stay here again. ”
