"I had to wait 15 minutes for change of shift at 3pm to check in. Shouldnt that not coincide with check in time? The ladies at the desk were very nice and friendly. There was a lit of construction going on around the place, but it was not noisy or an inconvenience. It looks like ownership is trying to rejuvenate a once mediocre hotel. It was within walking distance of Bourbon Street which we spent just about every night on. Lots of great cafes near by. The staff were great & informative about suggestions around the area.
