“Rat droppings on the floor, smell of urine in the corner of the room , television did not work and staff brought 3 remotes and said “figure it out”. Cleaning lady had a child with her and the child was playing in the parking lot. After being in our room for about an hour we asked the front desk employee to review our complaints and that we would like to leave and receive a refund. She said only the owner could issue a refund. “We stayed here because we went to a concert at the Georgia fairgrounds next door. The property is old and dated. The beds are springy and in dire need of replacement. The bathroom fan didn't work and the bathroom floor had stains indicating that it had not been mopped because I used a wet towel to clean it up. The bathtub was stained permanently and if you rubbed your finger along the top of the shower insert, it was filthy! The room smelled musty and there was a dehumidifier on the nightstand……
