“A great deal and situated on Alicia drive south of the Kailua-Kona nightlife district. The place was clean and comfortable and very attractively priced. Definitely the Hawaiian Hale experience! The landlord was very nice and obviously invested in our having a pleasant stay. To access the unit younger to climb a stairwell - don't rent this unit if you are unable to handle stairwells or have small (mobile not babies!) children. Perfect for a couple! “This unit was perfect for me. A very large studio with a full kitchen and large bathroom. It’s in immaculate condition. The description of the unit and the pictures were all absolutely accurate. The host was perfect at communication and readily available if needed. The short walk across the road to the beautiful coast is wonderful. I also want to point out how quiet and peaceful it is here but very close to the busier end of Kailua Kona. I visit Kona often and I will absolutely stay here again……

“We just stayed here for a week in March. Location is wonderful and check-in was so easy. Communication with the host was great and there was a contact to text during our stay there that was very responsive. We were there for a week (in March) during the Kona Low storm. For about two days everything around us was basically closed during the storm and we pretty much stayed just in the condo. We were so thankful we had a nice place to stay! The beds were comfortable, there is a good sized living……
