"We booked this as a late decision to stay out for the night and were not expecting a 5 star experience by any stretch... the first room we were given had issues with the keys. The desk attendant upgraded our room to the “penthouse suite” for the trouble. The room has potential to be very nice with a bed and bathroom upstairs in a loft, a bed and bath, living room and kitchenette on the main level. The issues were more than cosmetic... the mattress had visible stains all over the sides that...
