“Booked for six people I'm glad one bailed out because it has only one bathroom only one TV and it says sleep 8 dont think so maybe sleep four comfortably and the property beside mine I believe their bedroom is over top of our bedroom on the front end and all I heard was kids running up and down up and down up and down restless night sleep I think that's something you should tell people”

“I would not advice anyone to stay on this property. The location is unsafe i would suggest you google it before booking. We had a police officer tell us to lock our door and not go out after dark. We ended up booking another house as we did not feel safe. The doorknobs and conditions of the house is also not safe. The house has cockroaches. I would not recommend this place for anyone specially if you have kids. ”

“The property was perfect for what we needed to accommodate our large party. The staff was VERY helpful. Not only were they responsive, but we were quite pleased when they purchased a brand new iron and ironing board as we had communicated the previous one was damaged and stained. I would definitely stay at this property again. ”

“Loved the area. Close to all of the Niagara Falls activities both American side and Canadian side. Only downfall was no washer and dryer. We had to use our same towels the 3 nights we were there.”

“When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. We tried to contact the owner many times and left a voicemail but they were completely unresponsive despite sending automated messages to us about contacting them if we needed help. “Overall we had a good stay. There are some suggestions id like to pass on. Bed was hard as a rock. Kitchen was pretty good. Could have more counter space and a coffee maker that was bigger and had auto shutoff. The stovetop had something burnt on the burner so when I cooked it was a little Smokey. Door knob's were broken. The ceiling in the family room had an “attempted fix” from a pretty bad upstairs shower leak. Not currently leaking but not fixed properly. We also wished there was more……

“Great communication with the host. It was clean. 15 min walk to the Niagara falls. 7/11 close. Recommending. We stayed one night and had no any problems. Big bedrooms (they were cozy). ”

“The house itself is beautiful and matched the pictures shown on Hotels.com, but it definitely needs more attention to cleanliness. Pictures are enhanced to looking bright. The size is impressive 6 bedrooms with 2 kings and 4 queens which worked well for my family (2 small child and 2 young adults, each able to have their own bed). The bathrooms were clean, but the rest of the house could really use a deep cleaning, and the kitchen needs a new set of dishes to replace the broken ones. Luckily, I……
