We are a 1 minute walk from the amazing Ulua Beach. You can see and hear the ocean from our condo. Relax viewing the ocean on a private, quiet lanai surrounded by tropical gardens. Earth-friendly furnishings and complete “green” remodel. Gourmet kitchen, spacious bedroom and living area beautifully appointed. Jacuzzi whirlpool tub w/ shower and Toto washing toilet. Haiku fans & A/C. Wailea Elua is a gated 24 acre garden community of 2 story buildings, the least densely populated of any on the island of Maui.
TA and GE Tax License #088-480-3584-01. Hawaii State Transient Accommodation Tax of 10.25%, General Excise Tax of 4.712%, Maui County Transient Accommodation Tax of 3%, a $209.42 facility fee and a $250 cleaning fee apply to all reservations and are included in the final total due through vrbo. Starting 1/1/26 another .75% state tax will be charged to all 2026 reservations.
Paved Oceanfront Path and Ulua Beach with great snorkeling, scuba diving, body boarding and swimming are steps away. Access beaches, resorts, spas, luaus, shopping, dining, beach activities and a grocery with a full service deli along this 1.5 mile paved oceanfront path. Spectacular location, amazing weather - luxury abounds. Our home is cleaned and sanitized using eco-conscious methods. All items in our home were carefully selected for usefulness, comfort and convenience.
All guests staying will sign a Guest Agreement that explains the complete House Rules in more detail - regardless of signature, terms of the Guest Agreement apply to all guests. The GUEST AGREEMENT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AT THE EMAIL YOU PROVIDED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. Please include a phone number that accepts texts. Please complete the Guest Agreement within 24 hours of receipt.
Please tell us what time you will arrive at the condo and what time you will be out of the condo on the Guest Agreement. If you need to check-in later than 4 pm or plan to be out before noon we need to know. Text us during your stay to keep us informed of correct times.
Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 12 pm.
On occasion, we can accommodate early arrivals or late departures for a fee.
Wailea Elua does not offer storage of your items nor does it accept shipments for you. This is not a flexible policy.
Thank you for booking your stay in our beautiful Wailea home. The earliest check-in to the condo is 4 pm. You may check-in at the Security Guard House and Gate sooner, just not into the condo. It is imperative that you check-out of the condo completely by noon on the day of departure. However, you may remain on the grounds of Wailea Elua and enjoy the common area for the rest of the day.
It is our pleasure to extend a warm Aloha to guests of Wailea Elua. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler provided. Complimentary natural liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish washing liquid, powder and rinse for dishwasher, unscented laundry soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins and kitchen staples. Some items are lightly scented, but non-irritating. No refills are provided during your stay unless you choose to schedule a mid-stay cleaning.
$250 cleaning fee (included in the total) applies to all reservations. Reservations for over10 days include the expectation that guests will clean the condo during their stay. Supplies are a courtesy. A mid-stay cleaning can be purchased from the host at $250. The guests will have to vacate the condo for five hours per extra scheduled cleaning. The host reserves the right (guest will be personally informed) to include a mid-stay cleaning for longer stays or charge the guest the cost thereof upon departure if the guest hasn't maintained our home.
Plenty of parking is available for vehicles, spaces are unassigned. There is a computer and printer in the Pavilion. The Homeowner's Office can assist you with using the printer or fax for a nominal fee. We cannot control construction occurring in other condos, but strict rules govern their activities. Every Wednesday is mowing day which commences at 8 am. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Pools open at 8 am. The Ocean Front Pavilion Pool closes at 10 pm and the Pool and Spa, located close to this condo, closes at 9 pm. Registered Guests are welcome to use both areas, however, private functions must be cleared through the Homeowner's Office, located in the Pavilion area. Pool Rules must be adhered to. They are posted at the pools and in your condo. The Fitness Facility hours are 6 am to 10 pm. Rules are posted. The Fitness Facility is located at the Pavilion. Pickle Ball Courts are open from 8 am to 6 pm. Common Areas include lawns, roads, paths, parking areas, gated and open landscape spaces. Residents and Registered Guests are welcome to enjoy them. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, skate boards, and roller blades as well as ball games are not permitted in common areas. Pets are not allowed, except for homeowners' pets. Propane BBQs are located by the Pavilion, and between buildings 20 and 22. BBQs can be used from 11 am to 9 pm. The BBQs are maintained by Wailea Elua maintenance personnel.
Wailea Elua is one of the safest facilities in Wailea with a combination of electronic and manned patrols. We maintain around the clock uniformed patrol. Elua Security is available 24 hours at the entrance guard house and gate. They can assist with anything from office matters and visitors you are expecting to reporting suspicious people or quick questions about the condo usage.
We are participating in the Rise Above Plastics On Vacation Program. Your rental unit has a maintained water filtration system installed. PLEASE BRING YOUR REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE. Mahalo for helping us to keep Maui beautiful.
Please keep track of, and kindly care for, the condo property. You may be charged if items are missing, no longer usable or need to be professionally cleaned/repaired. You are entirely responsible for minors and your visitors in the condo. Please follow manuals and posted instructions. Take care to use items only for their intended use. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Higher seasonal rates apply. 14 day stay minimum 12/21 to 1/15. Maui Grocery, Errand, Delivery and Concierge Services available from local companies. We are happy to offer you information and assistance as needed.
