“There was no breakfast o my cereals and coffee and some fruits; but no eggs or pancakes. ”

“Our stay at this hotel was by far one of the lowest I have ever rated. We waited over 10 minutes to be checked in, the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned because there was still other peoples hair on the walls as well as the towels that also had particles of God knows what and also hair stuck on the towels which was absolutely disgusting. Housekeeping only came by once to take one of the towels, not even bothered to replace anything or add a new roll of toilet paper which was very unprofessional……

“While this hotel is in a convenient location right off the highway near plenty of shopping and dining, the stay was overshadowed by a major lack of transparency. I specifically book hotels that include breakfast to manage my travel budget, and their website clearly advertised this as an included amenity. Upon arrival, I was told the "breakfast" consisted only of hot coffee. When I brought the website’s advertisement to the front desk’s attention, the staff member was completely unsympathetic and……

“I didn't get to the breakfast, but they have coffee all night going in the lobby. The spa was great and there is a lift for theraputic spa time for disabled. Was near the ice machine, but those rooms were so quiet. I never heard other guests. ”
