“I reached out the first night because multiple advertised amenities were not available. The front desk while very nice was unable to assist. I tried reaching someone via the phone numbers published just to get AvantStay… not the actual person at the property. Arrival was a disaster, but once we finally got checked in, the room was nice. “I stayed in the Cabins. And it was awesome! The room was sprayed with some type of cologne which was nice to smell upon entering it. It had robes and rubber sandals, but no ironing board or steamer.
