“When we arrived, there was no one in the main lobby but someone came pretty quickly. However, at check-out no one ever came into the building and I just had to leave the key. Also, we were given no complimentary bottled water in our room and that is one of the amenities listed.”

“Host never gave us check in information. Left us stranded on Christmas day. Only excuse the host gave for ruining our trip was "I forgot".”

“We woke up to a flooded room on March 8. We got our belongings and rushed out the door before it got worse. We had to wait (instead of going out and have fun with our family like planned) with all our stuff in the lobby for a new room. Stephanie finally did. We got moved back to second floor on opposite side of our flooded room. When we were all settled, it was an inconvenice that there was no hot water. I then again told the front office desk lady, and I also asked her to call the manager . By……
