"This property was perfect for our Cousins Reunion in nearby Palos Park. The large kitchen was a gathering place, and roomy enough for many walks down memory lane over coffee and snacks. The great weather allowed us to enjoy the backyard patio one evening, although it needs a little spiffing up. The location was close to restaurants but pretty quiet inside. The house was clean and comfortable with ample off street parking. I highly recommend it!"

"Place was perfect! I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and wanted to come back to honor my grandmother's 90th birthday. This place was perfect. It had a piano and the pastor was able to serinate her in playing church hymnals. Of course, her famiy, fch family, family and friends were all able to show"

"Loved our stay,not extremely far from the city! Comfortable furniture and clean! I loved how the old time family picture was hanging up! The back yard was awesome but we couldn't enjoy it due to rain,but thats okay! At first,i was a little put back that there was not a tv in the living room but we ended up chillin,talking and laughing which is what we needed! Thanks for the short but sweet stay!"

"We had a great time during our stay at this property. The home was clean, it was well stocked with everything we needed, and it was very easy to get to. Designated parking was a bonus so we didn’t have to stress about street parking. Beds were super comfortable as well! Bart was very responsive and was a fantastic host."

"What a lovely little duplex! So clean, stylish and in a fantastic location, only a few minutes to down town with a park just the next street over. We stayed with our 3 young children and really enjoyed the spacious layout. The host had a stroller and a pack n play set up ready for our baby even though I didn’t request them, very thoughtful touch. We had a slight issue with the entry lock upon check in, however the host was incredibly responsive and was able to help us remotely solve the problem....

"It was an overall great experience! My parents home isn’t big enough for us all, so we searched and found the perfect place to host Thanksgiving and to celebrate her 65th birthday. Everyone had a great time. It was great that we all were under the same roof. We will DEFINITELY be renting again!"

"The description of this property was totally wrong. It had only one small bathroom which needs a major overhaul. The kitchen and its appliances were ancient, and the glassware was almost non existent. The host required the entire payment upfront (very unusual), and he was impossible to reach by email or phone until the day before our arrival. There were limited instructions on operating the tv or internet. The bedding and towels were awful. We left one day early due to the condition of the...

"This home is more lovely than what you see in the pictures. It’s decorated so beautifully. It also has updated appliances and coffee is provided! All the beds were comfortable and we all slept soundly. There is a nice big table in the dining room to eat and play games on. I would not hesitate to give this home a 5-star rating!"
