"The house was perfect for us, tucked just behind the dunes so it was plenty private, but so close to a quiet stretch of beach that it was easy to just wander out for a walk before (and after) breakfast. The house itself is really nicely put together - cozy, clean, and well appointed with lots of convenient little touches. We would absolutely stay again!"

"The cottage is absolutely amazing in a quiet location. It was perfect for my family and everything was well organized and easily located. Nannette was very accommodating and made sure the trip went smoothly. We will definitely be returning to this cottage."

"Great location just a short walk to the beach. The house had lots of fun games, cards, books, kitchen items, and a very peaceful vibe. Perfect for our group of 6. Sheets, towels, and beach chairs made it very convenient. The owner responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. Look for dolphins on the beach and a grey fox in the neighborhood. We had not been to Broadkill Beach before and really enjoyed the natural, laid back atmosphere. We did not want to leave."

"The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. The porch is lovely with wrap around screened in windows, we did not use the bed in this space but a nice mostly private option for those who may need it. Very mermaid themed for all mermaid lovers."

"From the booking all the way to check out was an excellent experience. The home is even better than the pictures & communication was prompt and above helpful. Everything you think you may need in a home is here. We stayed with our 2 teenage sons for a lacrosse tournament. It was nice to not be in the middle of all the chaos near the fields, but close enough to get to the boardwalk. The owner has a binder with information on local restaurants, things to do, etc. The only thing that put us off was...

"Excellent property for our needs, a ice scoop should be added to the ice maker.I don’t enjoy using ice that others have touched. Your add included a coffee maker, however it is a kruig which I was not prepared for. Had I known I could have planned better."

"The location of this home is everything. Water views in all directions, a quiet secluded street, neighbors but great bars and restaurants are just 15 minutes away. I fell in love with the little town of Milton. We celebrated my son’s 1st birthday with a long weekend and it was just perfect for him. Slide the sofa over on the deck to block the exit and you have a baby proof play area while you kick back and relax. "This was the perfect place for our family Vaca!! Very clean and well stocked with essentials. A lot of privacy is provided by the shrubbery and the beach is just a few steps away. We were 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 small dogs and we did not feel crowded at all. Loved it and definitely hope to return again. The sunrises on the beach were spectacular and there is a wildlife viewing area within walking distance for the most glorious sunsets. Definitely recommend."

"Excellent location within walking distance of the mall/stores in Cape May and right on the beach. The layout of the rooms is great for larger families or multiple families travelling together since there are separate bedrooms, multiple baths and a full kitchen. Friendly and accommodating staff. Superior beds and linens. They make you feel special. We stay here often and will continue to do so."
