"Wonderful stay at the Box House Hotel where we were also having our daughter’s wedding. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. It was a very satisfying experience "
"We stopped here in 2018, and when we decided to visit NY again in 2025 we wondered if the Feather Factory was still open. We’re so pleased it was and it’s even better than last time. Still the same friendly staff and comfy rooms, but the added lobby area with coffee and the breakfast room on the 5th floor with rooftop views was stunning. Breakfast was great and plentiful.
We’ve read some reviews that the area is a little sketchy, we never felt concerned at any time. We were out late on two evenings and still didn’t feel concerned.
The hotel is ideally situated for the metro into the city.
Another great experience and if we are visiting the Big Apple again we’d be sure to stop there.
Thanks
"
