"The staff were very friendly. Perfect location for the harbor as it is right across the street. Ballpark was an easy walk, 10 minutes at most! I would definitely recommend and stay again. The only thing that would have made this over the top would be to add free breakfast!"

"Great location and a very nice staff. Cute boutique hotel. The room is nice and the bed is comfy. Be prepared to pay $60 per night for valet parking at the hotel...which is steep. The sign outside the hotel notes $50 for parking however they add 20% tax on top of that, which is extreme and likely not passed on to the valet as a tip, so you tip..on top of that too. If you only travel with an overnight bag, it's definitely worth finding another garage/lot in the area, which would save you some money. Lastly, housekeeping was fine, room was clean, however they should leave an extra roll of TP as you are only left with, whatever was already on the roll. If you run out, you are literally SOL. So they need to either provide a fresh roll, or at the least leave an extra roll. Paying 20% taxes on parking, I shouldn't feel like the TP is being rationed out, nor should a guest have to ask for more as I overheard another guest do. Overall, great stay, not a deal breaker. When you know better you do better. I know better about the parking."
"We enjoyed our stay at Sonesta Hotel, Baltimore Inner Harbor. The staff was great! My husband unknowingly left his wallet there and they called us to let us know. Once we returned home, I realized we left some valuable items in our hotel room and they confirmed that they did have the items and worked with me to have them shipped to me. "

"Staff was friendly, the area is nice and contains good shopping and dining within walking distance. The parking garage is okay and contains an elevator to the hotel but only to the lobby. All in all I would stay here again."
"This hotel is the perfect location for visiting the Orioles stadium and the Inner Harbor. You can easily walk to both. Convenient parking garage attached. Room was great. Bed was comfortable. There are two restaurants, a steak house that we didn’t try, and the more casual grill with a friendly bar, which was great. Service exemplary throughout. "
"Loved having a full kitchen, very spacious. Felt safe with the key card entry at the lobby. Parking very close by and affordable. $6 for overnight parking. Front desk was friendly. Would stay here again. "
"Close proximity to everything in the inner harbor. Parking was free and the nightly rate was very modest given the area. And the cooked to order breakfast was great! "
"This was a last minute stay because of a flight cancellation. I booked based on hyatt reputation and it didn’t fail to meet expectations. The only downside was there is no parking and you have to valet for $30. There was a public parking garage around the corner but I wouldn’t walk from there to the hotel entrance. "

"A few issues we had that took just a point away for us because they were not so major we quickly adjusted and carried on1. Rocks all over backyard. It was so steamy hot we opted not to sit outside.2. Dishwasher wasn’t ran, before we could eat our take out we had to run it. Opted to eat out containers until dishes were done. The dishware were super cute and worth the wait.3. Once we found where the extra towels were they were some that had holes in them and make up stained. We didn’t use those.Everything else was stellar. We felt at home and cozy. Relaxation station. Location perfect for the activities we had and very good food and shopping in walking distance we loved that party. Thank you for a great vacation we appreciate the access. "
