"The staff at reception were friendly and professional. As a woman traveling with my teen daughter safety is paramount so I appreciated that my pertinent information was not spoken aloud across the counter and my room number was simply written and not spoken. My room was clean and ready on time and checkin took less than 5min. I requested a high floor and my request was honored. The hotel was convenient to public transit and the neighborhood offered plenty of options for sights and food! The hotel even gives a voucher for a free item at the reception cafe or a cocktail/mocktail at their rooftop bar- one per guest per nights stay (2guests for 2 nights so we got 4 vouchers). The ONLY drawback I can mention is that the noise from the hallway can get pretty loud at times. It was not the sound of rowdy guests, sounded more like random building noises- but at times if our room was quiet it would startle myself or my daughter. We eventually got kind of used to it by the time we checked out. Checkout was super smooth and the hold on my card was released immediately!! I would 1000% stay here again and have already recommended to my friends/family!!"
