Extraordinary condominium home completely renovated from the ground up resulting in an exquisite, well-designed home with refined modern interiors and private courtyard. Located on Trustees' Garden between Savannah's Historic District and the newly built Eastern Wharf mixed use community. Tastefully appointed and thoughtfully designed for today's discerning traveler, features a main level bedroom suite with 2 additional bedroom suites upstairs. Finishes include Viking appliances, Carrera marble countertops, gas lanterns, coral stone and heart pine flooring, oversized showers with intricate tile work and glass enclosures, custom designed fireplace, arched openings, private courtyards. One covered off-street parking space available for 1 vehicle and additional street paid metered parking available in front of the home for additional vehicles.

The luxury condominium home has three large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, new 50" flat-screen smart TVs, super-fast high speed wireless internet. Spacious open concept luxury living room with queen sofa sleeper, dining area, additional ½ bath, wet bar, and kitchen with all the modern amenities.

Perfect girls' weekend
I planned a girls' weekend for my birthday, and I chose this property. It was absolutely perfect for our group! We parked the cars on Friday and never moved them because the location is so central to everywhere we wanted to go. The home is nicely appointed and beds were super comfortable. We loved being able to gather around the kitchen island for a glass of wine and watch Netflix together in the large living room. The only small request we had would have been tissue boxes in all the bathrooms, but other than that, it was a perfect place to stay. We would definitely all stay again!

Best VRBO yet.
I frequently stay at VRBO homes several times a year and this was by far the nicest one yet. This place had luxuries I can't claim to have at home. Very high end. The house was better than advertised and the pictures do not do it justice. I had made an error in my date scheduling, thought I had scheduled two nights and in fact only scheduled one, and after contacting the management, it was corrected within the hour. Management responds immediately with any issues that may arise. The house was in a perfect location so that we were able to walk to most places of interest and be able to leave the car in the covered parking spot. The Pirate's House is on one side and Cha Bella is very close on the other with 912 Brew in between All were great finds. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to pamper themselves with luxury and have the convenience of touring the city on foot. We plan to return in the fall when the weather is cooler. Don't miss this one!!

56 Broad was an incredible property. Large rooms, private baths, a wonderful outside patio. The hosts accommodated our every request and more. As an added bonus there was a lovely coffee shop next door. Parking was very convenient & available.

Great location and beautiful home. Easily walked to many restaurants and shopping. Trolley tour is a must. Only negative is the fireplace is for decorative purposes, even though it looks like it could work. To be fair, it was in pics but wasn’t listed under amenities and I didn’t ask.

Perfect house in wonderful location
Open, modern, clean, comfortable and a wonderful location in easy walking distance to so much we wanted to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the proactive communications of management. Parking spot in a nearby lot made it easy. Steep stairs may be difficult for some but our family of five did great and enjoyed the charm coupled with modern amenities. We will be back!

Excellent property and location. Enjoyed our time in the luxurious and spacious unit. Only very minor issue was ice maker in wet bar area overflowed. Our family enjoyed being in the updated house and within walking distance of all of the historic attractions. Highly recommend.

Amazing property
We came to Savannah for my sons wedding . The brides family rented number 52. So we were side by side it was super convenient together and we were close to everything. We had one small issue that was addressed within 15 minutes. That was amazing service! Definitely a great place. Rob was awesome to work with.

This home offered all the updated amenities such as smart t.v.'s, Wi-Fi, private back patio, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding, black-out curtains, and a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The location was away from the busy tourists spots yet walking distance to it all and we were near the DOT shuttle stop as well. The property is very well kept and cared for and clean. Rob was also very quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. I'd highly recommend this home!

Great Book Club Getaway
The space was perfect for us six teachers who were exploring Savannah after reading a book about a Savannah shipwreck. We loved the layout of the villa and the access to 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. We parked our car and walked everywhere we went as the Villa is super convenient. The villa was spotless with comfortable beds, great A/C and an amazing kitchen space. We would definitely choose this VRBO again.

This home is absolutely gorgeous and the location is great. We walked everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet but very close to the river, restaurants and shops. Great Location for Bachelorette group
The girls and I loved staying at the house for my bachelorette weekend! The location was great, felt extremely safe, and the house is stunning. We had plenty of room to spread out. Only complaints are minor regarding lack of towels for everyone, but the company brought over more towels within the hour so it was barely an issue and the communication was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!
