“I think this resort is in a great location. Love the beach, seating, drinks and the daily 2 for 1 specials. On arrival though, we got little to no direction on where our room was, or even a general overview - that would have been helpful.”

“主人熱情好客，可以提供各種旅遊景點、餐廳、停車場等訊息。飯店本身就臨近 Simpson Bay 海灘，如果不想跑遠的話，飯店有提供免費的沙灘椅 & 陽傘。在聖馬丁島最重要的就是沙灘行程，飯店基本上隨時準備 4 條以上的乾淨沙灘巾在房內，隨時出去玩回來都可以換用，非常貼心。”

“Very clean, staff was very pleasant. air-conditioning, nice kitchen and supplies. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Spacious living space.”

“Check in time was good & fast and appropriate the fact that our luggage was taken up, just didn’t like how check in time was at 4pm & check out was at 11am. I definitely don’t recommend the stay. We tried to get extra towels because ours were dirty and they tried to tell us we had to pay extra for the towels. We stayed in the 2nd building and had so way up the hill. We had to walk up the hills in order to get to the room. A”

“Loved the location; everything was easily accessible, with great restaurants within walking distance and Kim Sha Beach just across the road. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Alexia (GM), LaToya and Shanay at the front desk, and Joyce and Christine from housekeeping were all warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble—it genuinely felt like staying with family. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.”

“Rating is based on the fact that the Expedia photos do not accurately represent the room we received. Our room was clean but quite worn with peeling wood on cabinets and doors, very worn and faded upholstery, no sofa or lounge chairs on the balcony. However, the room had what was needed. Front desk and restaurant staff was kind and friendly. The beach chair attendant didnt want to unlock chairs for guests. He said once he did it for one couple, there would be more. We watched him turn away 4……

“The Royal Palm is a beautiful resort and we’ve always enjoyed staying there for many years. However, it has shifted to more family friendly resort with lots of children. If your a family looking for a nice resort I highly recommend. ”

“Not a fan. Very low staff. Rooms stunk like sewage, always out of food. No help ever. Check in took 45 mins. Catered to cruise ship passengers more than their own guest. Not worth the price. Only one bar that closed at 10pm ”

“The hotel is isolated with 2 restaurant options, both great. Pool is beautiful, beach unfortunately full off seaweed and unusable to no fault of the resorts. Car is a must if you want to see the island. Overall we were very happy with resort and would return. ”

“View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. It is loud when they are partying and the bass shakes the whole block. Be aware of that. If you want to have dinner at the restaurant it closes at 8,……
