“If you have trouble with stairs don't stay here. Lovely place but the drive to the house is difficult. And then the stairs up to your room, oh my. I had to leave after one night as I just couldn't face them daily. And having to drive the narrow, twisting road at dusk was frightening. It was a great room and the quiet was outstanding. Host was a lovely lady. Just I'm too old for all the climbing.”

“If you want a unique place to stay outfitted with high end sleek amenities, this is the place. This floating condo had a great view towards the bay, including sea planes docked close by and great sunrises. There was never any time where we felt any motion either. The downside is that it is very close to a major highway with traffic noise, but we didn’t let that bother us. Host is very attentive. We’d love the chance to stay here again!”

Peaceful perch in Mill Valley, Beautiful panoramic views in the trees, quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from Muir Woods, Muir Beach and Muir Beach Overlook. Great seafood just a few minutes away at Hook Fish Co. Communication was perfect and owners were patient when we didn't promptly respond to given spotty cellular access on our road trip through Yosemite and Sequoia.”

“This is a tough one to review, honestly. We didn't end up staying. The location was great, the tree house vibe was awesome, my kid loved the porch swing, and it appeared clean/neat inside. But it smelled very musky! We debated about what to do and ended up deciding not to stay. The place is surrounded by cement walls on two sides, so while we didn't see any evidence of mold, it was reasonable to worry there might be.
