“This property has so much potential but sadly is in need of some TLC. The biggest issue was that breakfast was not ready at the promised time of 7 am. A entire tour group was waiting outside the restaurant when it was scheduled to open - when they finally opened the doors 15 minutes late, it felt like the “hunger games” with people scavenging for toast and coffee. This was memorable in a bad way.”

“Impressive ! Phone line reachable & able to help bçs my flight delay 9hrs. Driving 270Km, I was 5min late, staff no complaint even they said wait me till 11:00pm ! Spaces room. Grand hotel inside both paintings, furniture with good match. Like stay at a small castle. Traditional Scottish restaurant, cosy, good food. Friendly greeting staffs. Big laund in front ... so good!”

“We stayed in the lovely Conon Suite which is very light and roomy with two large sofas. Meals were tasty and generous portions. Staff were really friendly and the whole stay was very relaxed”

“Managed to book the last room available a twin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Said own bathroom but was across the public hallway. At check in was not advised to turn power to bathroom was a switch outside in public hallway. Not great when already stripped off. Eventually worked it out. Breakfast was great with outlook over country side.”
