We had the family room which is huge (3 full bathrooms, small hallway, 2 dressing rooms and 2 large bedrooms) and in excellent condition. "The property is located block away from Vatican. We walked from our hotel to colosseum and city central, less than an hour of walking. Lots of delicious restaurants and shops. "This hotel is very well located, walking distance from ma y important sites, including the Pantheon, the Coloseum, the Forum, the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. And yet, it is removed from the very center of the tourist crowds. Excellent restaurants are all also in walking distance. The only time we travelled by taxi was to visit the Vatican. The staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. The rooftop restaurant is a gem, providing a bird's eye view of the surrounding area....

"Excellence Suites was in a great location, close to all forms of public transportation, plenty of shopping and restaurant choices as well. The rooms and facilities were clean. The bedding was comfortable and we did not hear any noise from other rooms. The water pressure was not great depending on the time of day, but this would be the only complaint. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again. "
