“We loved this property. Everything was just as listed. Jerry at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our family of 9. They was plenty of space and everything was clean. Perfect location too. We walked from our place to the strip in Gatlinburg. I would definitely book again!”

Another free shuttle on property is available to get you up and down the mountain to access the pools, zip line, restaurant and water park. “My expectations were exceeded in every aspect. The condo was beautiful! The staff members were kind and informative. There was a lot available on site and it was so close to the Gatlinburg strip. ”

“We had to wait for someone to show up to check in. We finally checked in. Rooms very basic. Needing a lot of attention especially the bathroom. We stayed 4 nights and requested the room to be made up everyday. It never got done. We had to request clean towels on the second night. The shower was good then the water went really hot. Overall disappointed ”

I requested refund through expedia and was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of communication. This has never happened before with any of my other stays.”
