“When arrived, the manager asked for $15 extra for a resort fee. When I questioned the fee, the answer was we charge that when the customer uses an external website to reserve the room. If that's Wyndham's policy, I like to see it in writing and why it's not advertised on the property's website. Not a good way to do business, punishing the customer since they found a cheaper price on line. There's no resort on site to pay $15 for it!!”
