"Extremely clean place, all the amenities were there, short walk to Long Sands Beach (which has restrooms), short drive(s) to shopping, Nubble Light, etc. BTW, Dunne's Ice Cream, close to Nubble Light, is best ever. Mike was a great host, checked in with us before we got there, and encouraged any communication during our stay. A perfect place, would do it again. Thanks Mike!"

"I would go back in a heartbeat! We loved our stay even through our rainy weekend. The views and sound of the ocean all day was so therapeutic, we didn't want to leave. The interior was beautifully designed for a calm, relaxing stay and the extra very thoughtful accommodations from baby to full family and pets were a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. "We had a large family group here for Thanksgiving. We had 16 overnight. The house worked out great, the furniture was comfortable. It was very clean, and had just about everything we needed to put on a feast. (We did bring a bunch of serving things just in case) The insides of the kitchen cabinets were labeled so everyone knew where to put things back! The bedrooms were good size, as the description says, enough room in several of them for a pack and play/air mattress. The three full baths were...

"This was our 2nd year at the property. It is within walking distance to the downtown and short beach. Great yard with lights and fire pit, just remember to bring your own wood. Home is completely stocked for cooking and relaxing. Beds are comfortable. 1 bathroom is tough, but doable. Trash pickup is Tuesday, which we wish was included in the rental agreement. Woodwork around the back door should be replaced. Great house"

"OMG!!! Our stay was just Fabulous!!! The house far exceeded my expectations, and everything was so cozy and comfortable..just like home!! If I could buy this home I would in a heart beat!! "The property was beautiful and perfectly located. We had everything we needed for day to day needs. Backyard was perfect for an afternoon bbq and nighttime fire. Neighborhood was peaceful and walking distance from some great little shops and the beach. "The house was oversized for just the 4 of us but we had great weather and the water was within walking distance. I didn’t like that the tvs required using our own streaming codes and couldn’t figure out how to do it but we weren’t there the watch tv so it was a minor issue. Alll in all 4 thumbs up 👍."

"The house reminded us of the set of Murder She Wrote, replete with fine antiques, vintage artwork, and beautiful woodwork. The house had a mysterious vibe and mystery of days of yore. Lots of stairs if you are concerned for youngsters or elderly. The kitchen is tiny, but adequate. Loved the dining room.The beds were good, but we had to hunt for linens. The lights flickered a lot. We contacted the owner and he responded."
