“We were a group of 16 with one wheel chair person and people from all around the USA. Matt was great to communicate with. :-). He was responsive and fast. Place was as advertised. It's a great 80's retro place. There is some deferred maintenance but it did not interfere with our stay. The place had multiple fridges, an outdoor commercial grade sink, multiple BBQs, multiple TVs and lots of seating. The place has a commercial grade dual burner coffee maker. (what a great idea). “House was really cute. Furniture need a a little updating. Beds were very comfortable. Would have liked some outside seating, it was a beautiful day and we had to carry the dining chairs outside.not an easy task at our age.”

“This property is a great place to stay! The host was extremely accommodating and helpful. Just minutes from Seven Springs and can accommodate larger groups. We will definitely be back to stay.”
