The staff were always friendly and accommodating. We all went half board and were well fed with good food. Breakfast was a wealth of choice, both continental and some English staples. “Hôtel fantastique, déco soignée, petit-déjeuner très varié où chacun y trouve son compte, personnel extrêmement serviable et souriant, nombreuses petites attentions, activités pour tous et à différents horaires. Un grand bravo et merci à Sylvia du club enfant ! Il manque peut-être une aire de jeu extérieure pour les enfants (toboggans, murs d'escalade, ...).”

“This was a lovely hotel - particularly in the bar and reception area. We ate at their restaurant and the food was fabulous if a little pricey. The rooms were spacious and clean (we had a superior double) and it’s incredibly well placed in the centre of Zell am See so plenty of buses to other ski areas. The towels were a little on the small side and quite harsh and the body and hair gel was not replaced often enough so we ran out twice. Also there are no tea and coffee facilities but we asked for...

“Meget sentralt hotell i typisk alpestil. Store rom (vi hadde suite for 4 personer). Hyggelig betjening med god service. Bra frokost med glutenfritt brød. Parkering 50 meter unna i felles garasjeanlegg. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit.”
