This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood.

This place it is amazing!!

The property was clean, relaxing, well maintained and I would go back for sure.

The views was great smells nice and was well put together antonio was a great help as well as Mariana!

Lo unico malo fue la mala experiencia del check in, donde nos dan la habitacion y al ir no se podia abrir, regreso al mostrador y me dicen la señorita que va para haya seguridad y que tengonque estar ahi, 30 minutos y nadie llega, las maletas y nosotros afiera de la habitafion con ropa de ciudad vuelvo a regresar y la otra señorita del moatrqdor me dice es que ahi cambio de turnoby pues si me moleste , ese estema interno y no tengo yonpornque salir afectado, entonces cambienme de habitacion. Pues valla con atencion al huesped. Donde Ricardo Rivera de inmediato me llevo ala habitacion y le marco a seguridad para que fueran abrir la habitacion siendo que nos habian dado tarjetas y tenia que ser pulsera y que no era la unica ocasion que las señoritas se equivocaban. Gracias a Ricardo Rivera que me soluciono rapido para poder entrar a la habitacion.

Loved this resort, the beach was full of seaweed so we did not get to use the ocean which was disappointing.. The sargasm was REALLY bad and smelly.. The water was not blue.. We understand that is beyond the resorts control.. Pools were nice, food was good! The resort is huge, so we got a lot of exercise in, but they do have shuttles running for those that don't want to walk.. They would only do our reservations 1 night at a time which I didn't love, but the food in the restaurants were good!! Bamboo was our favorite!! Beds were a little firm for my liking, but they were clean! Fridge was refreshed daily!! Plenty of chairs by the pool a lot with umbrellas, pool towels were always available!! We got a couples massage which was amazing!! We had a great family vacation!! Loved our swim out room!! Recommendations.. Take pool floats, the main pool is very deep, I am 5, 5" and was on my tip toes to not drown! Take bug spray or skin so soft (this is a great bug repellent).. Make sure you have a lot of Sunscreen!!
