A very comfortable and clean place to enjoy for a weekend or an extended stay. The staff is very accommodating while being friendly and ready to assist. The restaurant has very tasty food to enjoy during your stay. The beach is also an added plus to the accommodation. I strongly recommend for travelers to consider this place for their next holiday.

I have stayed at the Serena several times over the past 20 years. In fact, of the 80 countries I have visited the Serena in Mombasa is still my favorite place in the world. The staff, including front dest staff (namely, Althuman) and the wait staff are outstanding. Many are long-term staff who have obviously been well-trained in customer service. The Maisha Spa is always worth a visit. The property is beginning to show signs of aging so I hope there are plans to upgrade it, while not loosing its Swahili Coast charm. I have been a fan for a long time and will be back again!

I cannot say enough good things about Elephant Pepper Camp! I stayed for 4 nights with my wife on an 18 day honeymoon, and out of all the places we stayed, including 5-star hotels in Cairo, Nairobi, Dubai, and the Maldives, we had the best service and the best food of all at Elephant Pepper. We were picked up directly from the Mara North Airstrip and immediately began our safari adventure with a game drive. Each morning we were woken up, given coffee/tea/sweets around the fire, and went on the most incredible game drives, where we saw pretty much every animal we could have seen in super comfy trucks with blankets, binoculars, water, sunscreen, you name it. Our guides, George and Benson, were amazing and knowledgeable and knew the Masai Mara like the back of their hands. Each morning drive, they set out breakfast for us in the bush and sundowner drinks and snacks during our afternoon drive. Each day, our stop was at a different place, letting us experience different aspects and different landscapes. We came home each afternoon and night to greetings, wet towels, cleaned rooms and incredible lunches and dinners. I'm talking 5 star service and 5 star food in the middle of the Masai Mara. I was blown away by all we got. We had hot showers, huge tents, and even a few surprises that I won't give away. If interested, you can do night drives and game walks, which we took full advantage of. I'm running out of space, but everything about Elephant Pepper was incredible!

We had an excellent experience at Sarova Stanley Hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the central location made it convenient for exploring Nairobi. Breakfast was a little pricey, but the food and selection were very good. A special thank you to Emily and Maxwell at the Clubhouse Happy Hour. They were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. Their warm personalities and hospitality made our evenings especially enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service, clean rooms, good food, and an excellent location. I would definitely recommend Sarova Stanley!

This is a very welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Rooms are very large, and clean. Staff is lovely. I would stay here again. Next time, I hope the weather is nice enough to use the beautiful pool
