"Great house in quiet neighborhood. Ample parking.Accross from a nice park. 6 or 7 blocks to the beach. About a 12 minute walk. Bedding for 10 in 4 bedrooms . Very comfortable. Limited outdoor space but was not an issue. Central air was strong."
