An old building in a very crowded neighborhood.

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Hotel is located in a very crowded area.Street is very dirty and side walks are occupied by vendor and smell very bad. There is no supermarket or grocery store, there are full of Chinese food restaurants and stores that offering only Chinese goods.for example you can not find even a potato chips or cheese there. The hotel's Lobby located in Second floor.I couldn't find the hotel, because there was only a glass door, that ends with two lifts. My room was located on street side and was very noisy at the night. The air condition was noisy to.Breakfast was good. There was an old french coffee maker in my room that was not clean enough to make a coffee. The was very clean. The internet connection was good.Bed and pillows were very good.Staffs were very kind and polite. There is no mini bar or fridge in room.

Good hotel, but not a great location

Posted Jul 2, 2014
This hotel is fine on the inside -- the staff was professional and courteous, the service was good, the free continental breakfast included plenty of choices, and the room was clean and comfortable although small (like most hotel rooms in NYC). My issues were with the noise level outside the hotel at night, and the rather seedy neighborhood where it is located. It is on a dirty side street in Chinatown, with a fish market and produce market just a few doors away, and the sidewalk is very dirty. Ask for an upper floor room to be as far away from the street as possible, and don't wear your best shoes.

Affordable hotel between Chinatown Little Italy

Room was small but clean and modern. Bathroom was also updated but already showing signs of wear with crack and chipped tiles. Stingy on towels. Only two bath towels for two guests. Bed was very comfortable.

Clean hotel close to Mulberry Street

Posted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: The excellent breakfast service was located in the lobby... with an outdoor courtyard sitting area.
Location: Location within walking distance of WTC sites, Brooklyn bridge, and Statue of Liberty.
Enjoyed our stay with our only complaint being elevators. One elevator was mostly out of service, with only one elevator operating to accommodate guests with luggage.

Nice option in lower Manhattan

Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: Accessibility, breakfast, cleanliness
Cons: Stronger A/C units, a little more storage space.
Location: Several decent bars nearby, easy access to Brooklyn.
Relatively easy to find, close to subway, VERY clean rooms. Had no issues with staff, nice breakfast in the morning complete with waffles and various breads, fruit, drinks, and proteins (eggs and meat). My only complaint is that the air conditioning unit is fairly weak, often keeping the room more warm and muggy than I would prefer (we were there in June).

small, economical hotel, but very comfortable.

Pros: Comfortable bed with a memory foam mattress, breakfast containing a good choice of food, and the free Wi-Fi, and the free use of the hotel computer.
Location: The hotel is located in China Town within an easy access to 2 major subway stations which enables one to access visit all parts of NYC.
The hotel is situated in China Town, close to 2 major subway stations within an easy access to all major sites of the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and it provided with all the needs necessary for a tourist to have a rest after an active day, and to have a substantial breakfast in the morning before going out. It was convenient to be able to access the internet freely, and local phone calls were free as well.

It's good for 1-2 nights stay

Posted May 14, 2014
It's good for the $ you pay. Room was clean. Free wifi, some ny hotels could charge extra for that. It was quiet there. They have good windows which reduce the noise from the street. And they offer free breakfast which I did not try:(
