Finally, a hotel that is actually inside the Fifth Ave's inner ring, not like other 5th ave hotel like Langham.
When I got here the hotel is on renovation so it doesnt look as glamorous.
Some staffs were super friendly while the others were simply snobby just because they have St. Regis banner behind them.

MY FRIEND AND I STAYED FOR LABOR DAY WEEKEND TO GO TO ELECTRIC ZOO. WE ONLY STAYED FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT. WE ARRIVED EARLY FRIDAY AND THE HOTEL LET US CHECK INTO OUR ROOM EARLY WHICH WAS GREAT BECAUSE THE FESTIVAL STARTED AT 1. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL WITH LATE NIGHT FOOD DELIVERYS. HOLDING OUR BAGS ON SUNDAY DURING THE FESTIVAL. THE LOCATION WAS NICE BECAUSE AT NIGHT TIME THE STREETS HAD CALM DOWN, AS TO TIMES SQUARE WHERE IT GOES ALL NIGHT AND HAS BRIGHT LIGHTS. WE WERE ABLE TO CHECK OUT A BIT LATER ON SUNDAY WHICH WAS GREAT!

Staff is super friendly, helpful and welcoming, the location is ideal and close to so many must see places. We would recommend this place to anyone we know and would stay here if we ever returned to this area. We stayed 3 nights and they were fantastic! Thanks for the great place to stay and ultimately a big shout out to your wonderful staff! One of the best places we have stayed at.

We stayed one night (Saturday) in a deluxe room on the 30th floor. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were quite a few sirens outside but I imagine that is common. The location is a great starting place to explore midtown. I will stay there again.
