“So our tv didn’t work. Pre check in was a joke. The pool shot down for weather and never reopened even though the storm past threw quickly. Waited hour and forty five minutes in the room for belhops to bring luggage up.
The bad thing is I love the room we had but when the golden nugget gives me the premium service they do and my wife says she wants to try a new casino I now can remember of this experience”

“We had a great time, the manager of the bell hop was extremely rude at least that's who we think he was. We simply asked if we could use a cart to get our belongings from the car and he turned around and said "No!" I said "Okay so you dont get your own things?!" (Since we had never stayed at this location before) and he responded "Don't you think that's what they get paid for?!" I just kind of stood there in shock. Let me add my mom is disabled and we had just driven from Texas, we were tired……

“Parking is easy and free. I wish the pool stayed open later. It closes at 8:00. It would be nice if it stayed open until 10:00, so you could enjoy an evening swim after dinner.”
