“I chose Days Inn by Wyndham Lakewood South Tacoma mainly because it was close to the location of my meeting and more affordable compared to other hotels in the area. Check-in took longer than expected, although the check-out process was very quick. The room appeared to have been somewhat renovated, but there was a musty smell upon entering. I also found a strand of hair under the pillow, which was unpleasant. Since I only needed to stay for one night, I initially tried not to make a big issue……

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“Staff was friendly but it felt like the whole place needed a power wash”

“This was our most disappointing stay in any Days Inn we have ever had. We chose this Days Inn because of it’s close proximity to my nephew’s home. Everything from the door not shutting and wouldn’t lock to the flooded entrance to cigarette butts on the walkways to the unkept breakfast bar was a disappointment. We’ll never stay there again and will be looking elsewhere in the future.”

“This place is ghetto. I would rather sleep on the open ground in Afghanistan again. The staff were jerks. The house keeping demanded to come in and I told them to come back Then the front desk called my room demanding I exit so the house keeper could go inside. Mind you I work nights and its at that time about 9 am I got off work at 6 am and completely resting. I sat out in my car and with my motel door room open, never saw the "emergency" housekeeper anywhere in the area. I was frustrated and……
