“We stayed here over 4th of July weekend. The location is excellent, the room was clean (maybe a tiny bit antiquey smelling), the staff was perfectly lovely, and we enjoyed the grounds and large room. They offered vouchers for two local breakfast diners, as they don’t currently have a chef on staff. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back.”

“It was such a pleasure meeting Bill and Veda during our stay! They were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us a delicious breakfast each morning and even packing up extra fruit for us to take to the beach, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The place itself is beautiful, cozy, and made us feel right at home. For our first visit to the Outer Banks, we truly couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The location was perfect a short walk to the beach access and several great food spots.

“Not clean at all, the bathroom had hair all over the bathtub, the room was smelly and it had mold and dust everywhere, the sheer curtain was disgusting , I don’t mind if it’s old and outdated, but the room was not clean. For the money that we have paid( over $450 per night) I was expecting at least a clean room.”
