“Nice spacious room and very comfortable. Pretty quiet since Summer is off season. Only downside was it was very hot when we visited - common areas were not adequately air conditioned. Also, main restaurant/brewery was closed. We did enjoy are stay and is a nice central location in the Bershires.”

“My husband and in laws each rented a cabin for a weekend. The property is beautiful, amenities are impressive, and the food is excellent! We enjoyed spending time by the pool reading (excellent book selection in the lobby,) relaxing in the dry saunas, kayaking on the lake, Sunday yoga and the peace of the guided evening float. Prospect Berkshires is incredibly curated from the moment you get out of your car. This was my second stay and will not be my last!”

“This holiday apartment was very dated, dark, and had a damp smell. The pull-out sofa was extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible for anyone to get a good night’s sleep. The walls were paper-thin, so we could hear everything from our neighbors, including footsteps, and toilets flushing. As a family with a young child, we felt like we had spent three days in an assisted living facility rather than a vacation resort.
