"Clean room and staff was respectful…. All stuff left in the room was never touched and always had clean towels. Kitchen is good but the mini fridge seemed to not cool properly. We cooked everyday no issues at all and had many multiple shops around. We were a family of 5 and had more than enough room for luggage and to sleep comfortably since we had 3 beds."

"Be careful as was given a room with a window you couldn’t see through and was told all rooms where the same, after raising mis advertising was given a room with a proper window. Staff need more training on customer complaints as was given a dirty room with blood stains on the sheets and the staff where very poor dealing with this. Eventually got moved rooms again but had to stand our ground when checking out for a refund for this. Shame as nice hotel, good location and breakfast was lovely. "
